All these years I’ve been boiling eggs to make hard boiled eggs. What was I thinking? Probably that they are called hard boiled eggs, therefor you’d boil them.
But there is a better way. Thanks a picture randomly posted by someone random on some random social site, I learned you can bake eggs to make hard boiled eggs. Not only are they easier to make, but they taste better and easier to peel.
Of course, I guess should call them call them hard baked eggs. But who really cares, except those people who buy Baked Cheetos because they think it’s better for them (folk, eating baked junk instead of regular junk still equals junk in your body. They are delicious though.)
Here’s how you can make these eggs:
1) Put your eggs in a muffin/cupcake tin. Why? So they don’t roll around in the oven. You can just stick them right on the rack, the grating will keep them from rolling around, but if one should crack you’d have a pretty nasty mess in your oven.
2) Heat at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
3) Place eggs in a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes or so.
4) Peel eggs.
5) Eat eggs.
6) Digest Eggs.
7) Repeat until full.
Thirty minutes is longer than it takes most people to make them hard boiled, but if you have a crappy stove like I do, it’ll take 20 minutes just to wait for the water to boil anyway.

Programing note:
Next weekend I will be attending Pax East. While there I will probably be tweeting/facebooking some of the junk I see. Remember to follow us on Twiiter & fan us on Facebook to keep track.
